Implying any of the politics spouted on left-wing Tumblr are original and not clout-chasers rehashing things smarter people have already come up with and articulated better.

I don't know. Repetitive emptyheaded left posting is annoying, banal and dumb but I guess I feel like people who enjoy that sort of thing deserve to have games made for them too. And lord knows there's enough media promoting ideas that are even stupider and more empty-headed and dumb.

three things: a) ideas don't really spread without repetition and b) a lot of philosophy and politics is people endlessly commenting on the political and philosophical ideas of other people...endlessly, like that's a little bit of the structure of politics and philosophy and c) just because you've heard it doesn't mean everyone who plays the game has.
