Sincerely: yes

antis don't just not ship things, they want to not have to see anyone else shipping things, and more realistically they don't want anyone to ship things they disapprove of anywhere. They're going to Ao3, literally founded by shippers to be a haven for works censored in other places, and try to demand it delete stuff they don't like, instead just not going to The Capital of Shipland. If you go out in public, you don't get to control what everyone is doing in that space. if you want to control a space, you make one that's yours. It sucks when you're not into what a lot of other people are, but that's how it goes.

Maybe nonny misspoke or something but based on what they said, they would also object to the idea of non-shippers making a space they can control themselves.
