I would have just said "Did you ever think that people who ride the bus might just be poor and can't afford cars, car insurance, or parking? Or they just know they wouldn't be good drivers?"

After the video our boss asked us what we thought, thinking we would have a discussion about all the things we could do now that we're "motivated". I immediately launched into why I hated it and why it was a horrible message for us. One of the things I said was that I didn't appreciate the classism that people who ride the bus are lesser than.

I apparently was very passionate about it. I got a call from the boss about half an hour after the meeting ended (we all WFH) to make sure I was ok and to assure me that she heard me and would think very hard before showing us anything else.
