after they drive away, they get to San Francisco, they think everything's going to be OK...and there are birds perched all over the Golden Gate Bridge which is all blocked with wrecked cars

Ahhhh I see, ty! I don't think I mind a tastefully done creepy ending.

the only other thing in that movie I really disliked was that stupid song that drove me nuts but that's got nothing to do with the ending.
