I do find it funny that by accident, you chose a pic from the first super popular bromance show (based on a BL novel) that DIDN'T ad a female love interest.

Well, I assume it's easier to go around the censors when there is an official female love interest aka proof that the guys are "totally straight".

I confess, I saw Eva and braced expecting some tangent about how problematic it is (because seriously, some days I feel like that's all anime-related secrets are anymore), and I was pleasantly surprised to read an actual opinion instead. So, for that alone, thank you OP.

I feel like many people need to learn how to tag in general. I love AO3's system but right now I keep stumbling over either fics with the outright wrong tags/ratings or tags that the author made up, despite there being a more widely used tag for it.

AO3's tags have always been a shitshow, I don't know why the site mods won't be stricter over their use. It needs seriously cracking down on and restricting.

Nayrt, but I actually kinda appreciate the Tumblr style tags because so many fic authors are just terrible at creating summaries. The Tumblr style tags at least tend to give a pretty decent indication of what's inside as well as what kind of writing style you might find
