Not yet. My weight loss goal is getting a dragon tattoo on one arm.

I'd like a tattoo, but I don't know what sort of tattoo that I'd like. Which seems to me a good reason to not get one, at least not yet.

I think after 20 years it's fair to say that if I got the Rood Inverse (or just the Rood) tattooed on my back, or really anywhere else, I wouldn't regret it.

Things that will also never get old for me and thus I have considered: bunnies and trees. I have thought sometimes of getting a silhouette of a bunny sitting under a tree (though the tree would have to be bonsai-sized or you wouldn't see the bunny).

Also a friend of mine recently got interested in tattoos and we have joked about getting our favorite Pokemon as a tattoo (I mean, that's been 20+ years too, right?) so someday I may wind up with an oddish somewhere. :D

Yep. A couple of little ones on my shoulder as a reward for passing academic courses.

(Tattoos are super common where I live, down to respeckable middle-class women getting their kids names on their forearms. I am in no way flashy.)

Super common where I am too. I'm pretty sure I know more people with them than without.

I can't even choose where to put stickers...

No. I'm not opposed to them, and some look really cool, but I can't think of anything I'd want on me permanently.

I have 4.
A silhouette of a winter tree on my upper arm, a 60s stylised cat on my shoulder, a sunflower in memory of my Brother on one wrist and a bundle of non symmetrical stars in memory of my Dad on the other.

Don't have any and don't want any, mainly just 'cause I don't think I could even remotely pull off looking cool or hot with one :p. Even then, though, if I ever were to change my mind and get one, it'd probably be something small on, like, my upper shoulder or someplace like that. What it would be, though, I don't know.

I don't find tattoos hot in and of themselves or anything, and I'm not big on the whole "covering one's entire body in them" sort of look, but I also agree that there are some really cool-looking tattoos out there and some really talented tattoo artists who do amazing work. If people want to decorate their bodies that way, knock yourselves out :).

I have one on my shoulder that I got as a test to see if my hEDS skin would tolerate it, and in late 2019 my parents offered to pay for a more elaborate one as a birthday present in 2020... so that's on indefinite hold, since the artist AND the backup artist I was considering both had to do a profession pivot courtesy of the pandemic and have no ETA of returning to tattooing. And finding ones around here that are willing to work on unusual skin was difficult even before this. Plus I still have the paranoia of "I haven't caught COVID yet so I don't want to mess with what I've been doing" so I wouldn't feel comfortable in the chair anyway. I wonder if I ever will...

I have seven and am looking to get my eighth this summer.

I have two: one on my back (left shoulder) and the other on my right arm. I want to get a third one (left arm) but am not sure about the timing to get to the tattoo parlor I like (and a few new parlors have opened up in my neighborhood alone).

No and no. I've never really liked the look of them, personally. If I wasn't very white, I might consider getting a tattoo in white ink. I like the look of those better. But there wouldn't be nearly enough contrast with my skin for it to show up well. I guess I could get something entirely in pastel colors. I'd never really considered that before, but I don't hate the idea.

I have a small vine on my ankle that I got when I was 21, that really needs to touched up and made fancier. I might have a random tentacle put in or something for fun.

I can’t decide on anything else, really, though I’ve had a few ideas for wrist ones. I’d probably have more tattoos if I wasn’t married to someone who doesn’t like them much. Not that I wouldn’t get one anyway, but I’m not too motivated so it’s just as well.

On other people, I admire them sometimes and have seen some really great tattoos, but some really make me question what they’re thinking.

No.

I kind of do, but the permanence puts me off (I can be very indecisive, so I'd be down for one today, then three months later regret it, five years later be okay with it, etc. Etc.). I also feel like it would clash with some elements of my personal style (although some elements it would go very well with). There's a artist whose work I like, and he works to frame the tattoo on the body/working with the shape and natural flow of the body, and if only for the feeling of really having a piece of art on me I would like one of his pieces. But eh. I'll probably do some temporary ones instead when the mood strikes me.

I hate my body so investing so much time and money isn't for me. Also all my favorite spots for tattoos seems the most painful as far as I know

No. I wanted several as a teen, but when I turned 18 I was not interested in them anymore. I don't like how black ink turns sorta green on white ppl, and I like to regularly donate blood but a new tattoo gets a long ban on that.
