Applying Fridge Logic to most anything in shounen manga, or most media that's not going for a realistic depiction of real people's lives, is going to result in Fridge Horror.

That's why Fridge Logic should be considered a thought experiment and not a guideline for storytelling. Some things aren't meant to be follow the rules of real life.

I'm disappointed anytime I find out a celebrity I like has a celebrity partner. A lot of actors get together with co-stars only to find out it was the character and not themselves who wanted a relationship. Lots of breakups that didn't need to happen if they had just waited a few months after working together.
