Like the first responder to your secret, when I'm only using canon characters, I'll usually have a fandom bicycle (i.e. In Harry Potter fandom it was Hermione) and it's not necessarily that I'll ship them with EVERYONE, but I'll definitely have a dedicated rider base, if you will (post Hogwarts fics about Hermione/ -Draco, -Lucius, -Scabior, -Tom Riddle (time turner fic), -Sirius, -Lupin). In certain other fandoms, I might have two bicycles, but theyonyl get shipped with certain people (so more like a bus, not a bicycle lol).

In general, since I am a self insert or OC shipper, it's really easy to be a multishipper. In one fandom alone, I start with one character, and by the end of my tour, I've gone through half the characters. Of course, I'll have my favorites, but idk. It's rare the fandom where I'm dedicated to only one character (this doesn't mean I'm doing A/X/B -- which sometimes, yes, but it's usually A/X, then I get into B/X, and so on). And depending on my mood and updates, I'm usually juggling 1 to 3 fandoms at a time. Sometimes it's only one, then another. But it's more about when the mood strikes for a specific character or type of relationship.
