Sticker residue.

Piggybacking off this, stickers that destroy shit when you peel them off. I tried to send a book out for an order at work and it was the only title that comes to us pre-stickered, trying to remove that thing without ripping up the cover was a genuine nightmare.

For. Real. I bought a pair of Coach shoes on clearance from The Bay once, and they'd stuck the clearance sticker (which was not at all small or unobtrusive!) on the inside sole of the shoe, which was a soft, supple leather. It was literally impossible to peel the sticker off without destroying the shoe.

I thought about taking them back, but I did genuinely want them, and they were seriously discounted by this point, so I just fumed about it and kept them.

Slightly different specific thing but it's about stickers and clothes!

Recently went to a Hot Topic and EVERY item on sale had the sale sticker over the clothing sizes on the price tags. I wanted to scream!!! Such a pain in the ass to touch the clothes to find other tags or something to figure out what the sizes were.
