Well, that's the relevant question, yeah? That's the relevant question, and the relevant question is not "is he entitled to his own opinions", which is the post that I was responding to.
He is not entitled to his own opinions to the extent that those opinions are bigoted. It does matter what he's actually saying - you can't just say that he's entitled to his own opinions no matter what those opinions are.
Whether or not his opinions actually as a matter of fact are bigoted is a separate question.
