Agreed, OP!
So sick of showrunners using rape and gratuitous violence in their shows. Especially as they have no idea about the repurcussions on people when it comes to dealing with trauma, especially sexual trauma. It shows they actually don't care about the victims of trauma and just want the sensationalisation (Which is usually also very misogynistic. I'm tired of seeing women being raped and abused on screen!)
