Should I be concerned?

(Anonymous) 2023-02-15 03:36 am (UTC)(link)
I've had quite a bit of back pain recently, at least in part due to all the coughing from having COVID a couple weeks ago. I went and got a massage this past weekend. It was my usual place, but it was a new therapist because my usual person wasn't there.

My shoulder blade was pretty sore after, but I wasn't concerned because often after a massage my muscles can be sore for a day or two.

But for the past couple of days I've been getting random shooting pins and needles down my arm and up my neck. As of right now if I tilt my head back at all I get pins and needles over the back of my neck and into the bottom of my head.

Is this something I should see a doctor for, or just rest and ice for a couple days?
