I watched this movie as a kid and really enjoyed it, but watching it again as an adult brought so much new meaning to it. It's a great movie on so many levels! And I remember someone writing criticism that "Henson has one of them beautiful songs of all time (The Rainbow Connection) written for this movie and had a green frog puppet sing it". But I think that just adds to it.

It's so lovely just the way it is, with Kermit sitting on the log and singing. It gives it such a peaceful feeling.
It's a pretty strange thing to complain about, when you think about it: 'I went to see the Muppet movie and puppets were allowed to do things in it.' *shrug*

I like this and am taking this. Thanks, OP.
