Wow. Just wow. I just got a full-time job offer. From my former boss who only hired me part time on a contract basis before. Who never complimented me or gave me any indication I was worthy of an actual full-time job.

He didn't tell me the salary offer. And even if it was more than what I make now, I wouldn't take it. But wow.

Congrats! Enjoy that ego boost, you obviously deserve it. Knowing that a boss like that thinks of you highly enough to want you back and full-time is really neat. Especially if you can tell him no ;)
