Just for the record, since this seems to be where people's minds go first: based on our ages at the time, and the period when Author B was active, there is almost zero chance this friend of a friend was actually Author B. Also it was a hella big fandom, so the odds would've been extremely long anyway.

Hahah, I admit that halfway through the secret I was like "oh no was the friend of a friend Author B?" but then I read the rest of it and yeah, different problem there. I can imagine that too being really flustering!

I guess on the bright side, I'll probably never see her again. Also, she probably has no memory of it anyway. Although honestly, if someone I barely knew recced me those fics specifically...I think I might actually remember. *cringes violently*
