Your secret made me think on Lisa saying "Oh, Bart. Cartoons don't have to be 100% realistic".

As someone who used to watch Teen Wolf: Why would you watch anything made by Jeff Davies and expect it to be realistic and not filled with gaping plot holes? He couldn't even keep the ages of their main characters straight. He waited until the last season to reveal the name of one of the supporting cast (saving Stiles' name kind of made sense, but why the Sheriff's?) and then got mad when half the fandom went "...that name's not right, we're going to ignore it."

My personal line on this is that if it's inaccurate enough to take me out of the story (for example if correcting some of the inaccuracies would actually change the ditection of the plot) than it's a writing issue.

But I also get that other people are better at suspending their disbelief than me.

AYRT: I mean it on the way you were quite correct in all the details/inaccuracies wrong in the TV show, like Bart did when he pointed Itchy should have used a taut-line hitch, not a sheet bend to tie Scratchy's tongue. And I get you, if a show/movie has too many inaccurate/wrong details, you cannot get them off your head.
