Is it bad that I thought Panic had broken up years ago and Brendon Urie had been a solo artist for a while? I'd never gotten the impression I was meant to notice anyone other than him in the band from what I saw of music vids.

It’s been Brendon’s solo project for a couple of years now. IIRC Dallon Weekes was the last official band member and he left in 2015 or so.
