I would have really appreciated that, especially because even the first avatar story was...kind..of...rushed through? I mean I get it, but also what?

Definitely would be down to see something interesting with one of the earlier avatars. I wouldn't mind it if the storytelling followed the same as the first ATLA, or was told in a completely different fashion from ATLA and Korra. I'm not a big fan of the LOT storytelling style. But I can appreciate it as its own thing.
