I mean, you can have fantasy Victorian-era setting without sexism, racism and homophobia but still have humans oppressing each other. Maybe there's a lot of classism, and poor people are oppressed. Maybe there's fantasy racism where people with magic look down on those without. Maybe fantasy religion looks down on the fantasy pagans. You can have these things while also having female characters with agency and no sexual violence and no gay bashing or there's plenty of diverse characters in various roles and most people will not still be wondering 'but where's the sexism?'.
