Honestly that sounds…cathartic? Closest word I can come up with. It’s gratifying in a unique way to see a group get walloped by karma. I felt similarly back in the ship wars days when a ship became canon and the fans were insufferable about it and wanking in all the other ships’ comms. But the larger audience hated the pairing and it pretty much killed off the show. Still warms my cold little heart when I think of it.
