My boss has said to me it's really hard to train the most junior member of my team in a virtual capacity. This guy has had very little structured training over the last six months, and I've executed over half of it. As a result, this guy cherry picks like it's no one's business. Frankly, I'm pissed that my boss has not more directly handled this deficiency herself. The only reason I'm cutting her any slack right now is because our whole team got shuffled around in a (surprisingly useful) reorg, and I don't want to drop all this on her new boss' head while he's trying to coordinate three different geographies. If things don't improve in a month, though, her boss and I will be having a long chat.
