This. At my workplace we're not supposed to talk about politics (and I guess conspiracy theories would fall under that). Of course, we're humans and politics do come up, but everyone understands that boundaries have to be drawn for the sake of harmony, and we all know that if things go to far we have the right to ask for it to stop or to go to the manager about it. Does your workplace have a policy about it?
