You might want to get evaluated, especially if it gets worse. It could be depression, it could be a hormone thing, it could be a drug or supplement reaction, it could be age, or it could be something more serious. If you start to have problems understanding speech or trouble reading or writing, definitely talk to a medical professional.

Oh yeah, I know about aphasia thing I don't think it's that bad though. I've been like this for a long time more or less but right now it's a bit worse so I am frustrated.
Sadly medical evaluation is out of question unless I am getting considerably worse - our tax medicine is shit (underpaid undervalued understaffed. You know the drill) and I don't have enough money for paid clinics. Yeaaaahh.

Unfortunately, I totally get that. I hope you figure out what's going on and that it gets better.
