Oh! Actually I should check vitamin thing. I don't eat good. (I do have severe vitamin D deficiency, but it's not unusual this far North and I am doing things about it).

Yeah. Pandemic+a lot of stress+loosing seeing offline friends+shitty job+depression-anxiety combo+chronic pain do not make my life any easier ngl.
