I've had period issues since last summer. Irregular schedule, sometimes super heavy, a couple times super light, no real rhyme or reason to any of it. Did a bunch of tests, nothing wrong, doctor chalked it up to stress. I have been super stressed due to various things in that time frame, so I suppose it makes sense. I have been trying to eat better and take vitamins, which I think has definitely helped (I have noticed a difference since I started doing those things, it's still not completely normal, but much better than it was before). I'm not sure what else to do at this point except keep that up, and try to manage stress as much as I can.

Yeah mine have been effected by stress before. I stopped having them briefly in 2018 after my mom's diagnosis. It was a few or a bunch of months then it came back .
