I'm sorry, I have no clue about what could be going on. However, I did want to mention, in case you don't already know this, that going long periods without menstruating can cause diminished bone density.

I'm not a doctor and I don't remember the exact science behind it. Also, don't freak out because I doubt a single year is enough to do any massive damage. Also, I'm fairly sure the damage is much worse when the lack of menstruation coincides with the years surrounding the onset of puberty, which obv isn't you.

However, a lot of people don't know that menstruation plays an important role in maintaining healthy bones over time, and it seems like a lot of doctors don't even think to mention it, so I wanted to give you a heads up, in case you wanted to look into it yourself, just to make sure your bone health is being adequately looked out for.

no periods can mean low estrogen and low estrogen means less bone density

(thats why post menopausal folks are at risk for osteoporosis)

OP - idk how old you are but you might wanna check with an ob/gyn or endocrinologist for early menopause.
or, as usual, amenorrhoea can be a sign of long covid
