Oh my god, from a DISK. I'm glad it still works too!!

I know someone who swore by Zune and was all "your ipod sucks, yo!" but I don't have a dog in that sort of fight lol

Yeah, I've always assumed iPods must've been doing something right, since there were where it was at for so long. I mean, yeah, Apple's brand game is strong, but I don't think it would've kept their PM3 players AS popular for AS long if they weren't also good.

I was just poor. That said, my Sony had a screen, and cost the same as the second gen iPod shuffle with no screen and less storage capacity, so while I have no beef with iPods generally, I definitely feel like I made the better choice between the two on that one.

Still would've gone with a Nano if I could've afforded it, though!
