I've been putting off things that I want to read and watch for a while too - mostly out of a weird sense of procrastination, even though its procrastinating from things I actually want to do.

I'm no where near the point of giving advice, but a friend of mine has suggested to make time to do something else before I go on socials - or have a timed period of just not using my tablet so that I don't have to go completely cold-turkey (the idea of doing something without screen time for an hour or with just one episode of a show at a time instead of trying tinge watch something).
So I've been rewatching an old show I haven't seen for ages where episodes are half an hour while trying to keep my hands busy in the mean time (since the previous week I usually either fix my nail/paint them or get a note book to draw/doodle in during the afternoon). Idk if that's any use, but just throwing it out there.
