I’m in the same boat, OP. I’ve tried blocking certain sites and uninstalling apps, but that wasn’t very helpful for me ‘cause I’d just go and unblock them. The only thing that kinda works is turning off my phone, turning the TV on to a comfort show, and grabbing a familiar book. It’s not perfect ‘cause I’m still not at a point where I have the energy to invest in a new book, but at least I’m reading more.
