I distinctly remember watching an Internet video a couple days ago where someone talked about Kentucky and Oklahoma sharing a very short border about 1 mile long

And now I can't figure out whether (a) they were talking about either the Missouri-Oklahoma or Missouri-Kentucky border and I misremembered it (b) they were making some kind of weird joke (c) they just said something really stupid or (d) I'm losing my mind
