words of encouragement:
-don't be too hard on yourself
-it's OK to celebrate small acheivements (yay, you read a paragraph before bedtime; better than no reading at all); small achievements can hopefully help incentivize you to push yourself a little more (I don't push myself to do more every single time; heard it's more productive in the long run to do the same short routine than aiming for gaining with every attempt)
-start a routine* and try to stick to it (if you fall off and end up doomscrolling, don't be too hard on yourself!)
