I didn't mean abortion itself is an unimportant issue, I meant that anti-abortionists are harping on something that in fact does not come from the Bible, so it is an unimportant 'Christian' agenda. It is irrelevant to religion, not irrelevant period. You really like to take things out of context, don't you?

Also, though I believe abortion is an important issue, I don't believe it is nearly AS important as America makes it to be. Pro-choice is as plain to me as the right for gay marriage but our country is too wrapped up in it's own bullshit to care about women's or gay's rights, so... whatever. Harp harp away, America. I'll be on the sidelines trying to help the people who aren't so self-important that they believe they have the right to dictate power over what other people do with their own body.

Again, way to completely warp the point of my comment entirely.
