Those hairstyles look pretty. Are they actually Regency?

This exact screenshot is a bit tricky, it's a fairy ball. This women are human characters so they have more Regency style dresses, but you can see a bit on the background older styles. So hairstyles have a bit more fantasy aspect to it.
There are a lot of small details like old-fashioned character wearing a wig that is out of style for couple of decades. Or poorer characters wearing obviously mended clothes etc. That's why I want some videos and discussions - I am into historical fashion but Regency is really not my thing so I only have surface knowledge.
