Actually I've seen plenty of people on ONTD complain about how pretty she was before the cosmetic surgery. She looks gorgeous in that picture, but she seems to say a lot of stupid things to attract attention.

It's not her face that bugs me as much as her shitty tattoos. Please, girl, you're famous; you have the money to go to a better artist than whoever put those pieces of crap on your body.

Damn, she looks just like a slightly slimmer version of Stacey Slater from Eastenders.
