I mean, I'm OP and I don't intend to reverse the block down the road because ... why would I? It's a game publisher whose games I don't play who only got shoved into my feed because it's a paid ad. So... nah, that's not even remotely creating an echo chamber. Unless you consider blocking ads by companies you don't care about an echo chamber in which case the term has lost all meaning by now.
