I don't watch this series, but there are a few stories where a military commander decides that human soldiers can't be trusted to consistently obey orders, and decides to use AI soldiers instead, because surely those will always obey orders, right? It tends not to end well.

(This one book series called The Lost Fleet goes into detail about why any AI that "can't be hacked" will also be immune to any emergency shutdown order, which will be mistaken for hacking. Come to think of it, Horizon Zero Dawn touches on that too.)
