Game of Thrones would have at least one or two seasons more to make Daenerys going evil believable. Also, someone else ends up on the throne. Anyone but Bran really, but preferably a female character.

How I Met Your Mother. Final episode doesn't happen. Best ideal would be Ted gets over Robin earlier. But at least that final episode doesn't happen, Ted is finally over Robin and meets the mother. And Barney and Robin stay married. Without kids.

Criminal Minds season 15 doesn't happen. It skips right from 14 to 16.

Supernatural stops with season 5. Except either both brothers are in hell or dead or both survive.

Doctor Who, 13's run stays a lot the same except the storyline that changes Time Lord origins and makes the Doctor the first Time Lord is gone. Also, Galifrey isn't re-destroyed.

I think they could have made Dany's turn happen easily in the show. They just had to wait to kill the dragons. Don't have Euron kill Rhaegar in such a stupid way (Dany forgot about Euron, really?).

Instead have Dany and dragons attack King's Landing. Have the bells start ringing so Dany thinks they have surrendered. Dany on Drogon lands. While Rhaegar is landing, have him killed by a scorpion.

That is what sets off Dany. She has lost Missandei. She has lost Jorah (blech). She lost one child and had to fight him as a zombie. And now she loses her other child after misplacing her trust in Jon/Tyrion. So that is why the bells set her off.
