tbh I knew of her just being a bnf and then I heard everything she did and felt like I shouldn't read her books. Of course I kept it to myself and I didn't ruin it for my sister . If she gets something out of it great. She's never really been active in the fanscene beyond briefly cowriting and beta-ing something I wrote when we were teenagers. She would occasionally search stuff in my little fandom and print it out for me. I always found it kinda sweet how she was about my hobby even when we didn't always get along.

I have a lot of anxiety about people accepting my work personally as well. Especially with a history of some bullying inside and outside fandom. Honestly something about writing for myself or just writing for my partner helped and became calming . It helped me rediscover my enjoyment of writing for its own purpose and it comes easier to me now to write. It's like therapy in a way.
