I'm anti Harry and Meghan and anti monarchy. If they actually wanted to give up their titles and privileges it would be different but they don't because like the rest of the royal family they're narcissistic, snobby and entitled.

That's a reasonable position to take but I do not believe that the average anti-Harry and Meghan person is also anti-monarchy.

And certainly, the person writing the secret - who based on the secret was paying close attention to the ceremony and thought that Princess Anne's hat was awesome - is not statistically likely to be anti-monarchy.

I wonder if they'll ever try to get Harry a US Citizenship. You know you have to renounce your titles to get it.

(Is he on a green card? I'm fascinated to know what Harry's immigration status is. Dirty illegal coming here and taking our...um....well he must be taking something!)

Actresses, he's taking your actresses. That is what everyone is complaining about.

And while you have to renounce things like titles and allegiances to get US citizenship, there is no law on the UK's books to say that they have to accept him saying those renunciation. In fact it needs a law to be passed in Parliament for that to be the case. So him saying "I renounce... etc" is just as much meaningless national theater(theatre?) for America as the Coronation is for the UK.

I think someone may have misled you about how much pomp is involved in a naturalization ceremony.
