You mean the title suggests that the movie contains a scary situation and you should get out? Unlike every other horror movie? I'm not sure that's a helpful descriptor.

It's more specific to me than that. It gives me a feeling of claustrophobia and urgency in the sense of time running out. I wouldn't expect a slasher film from this title, for example, or a supernatural horror story.

What I mean is, I wouldn't expect a slasher movie where the bad guy chases the victims around the town, for example. The feeling of claustrophobia means I would expect that most of the movie takes place in one specific and constrained location.

"Claustrophobia and urgency in the sense of time running out" still seems like a very general sort of scenario that would apply to a lot of scary movies.

I'm struggling to put into words how it's different to me. I agree that the feeling could apply to a lot of scary movies, but only those that make up a certain subset of the horror genre. Someone below brought up mood and I guess that's the closest I can get to describe it. The title brings up a certain mood for me, which is more specific than just "random scary movie".
