That is how the statement reads if you know anything about the law. There’s no need to “Ask any lawyer.”, because actual lawyers have already spoken on this topic, and they all disagree with you. Don’t bring lawyers into a topic if you don’t actually understand what you’re talking about, and just assume everything works the way you want it to work. Lawyers examine the law, they don’t exist to prop up the nonsense of frothing stans who refuse to believe their guy can be a terrible person. Every lawyer that’s talked about this case agrees with ayrt that Hammer is likely guilty, but it’s difficult to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt because he’s covered his tracks so well, as many people with his power and wealth are able to do. It’s really embarrassing that you showed your ignorance like this.

Which lawyers have talked about this case? I haven't heard a word from anyone.
And I am not ignorant or a frothing stan, so stop calling people ignorant because they don't agree with you.

Ask Gloria Allred why she dropped Efrosina. Ask Efrosina why she refuses to sign a declaration under perjury. Stop bothering people on line and deeming them frothing ignorant stans because you're a general asshole that hates men and women that do not share your belief that he's guilty.
