Once, sometimes twice a week if I've been particularly sweaty. Like others up thread, I also have naturally oily hair and skin, and I used to have to shower every two days. But then I got a 100% boar bristle brush (NO PLASTIC). Brush my hair with it, dry brush my skin with it. The oil gets distributed and my hair looks and feels just as clean on day 6 as it did on day 1 and my skin is soooo soft. So now I shower after heavy lift day at the gym (once a week) and when I feel the need to (work/hot day/self-care).
