Like the quote 'are they hot or just tall' for people who have a height fetish?

For me, it's not having a beard on guys. It's just so rare these days.

Good with children and the elderly.

The combo of smart/clever/funny but in a very specific way.

Just in general if someone is super competent I find them attractive. Could be competent in their job, a craft or skill, music, art, anything.

Confidence. Not arrogance, but an air of quiet, understated, confidence.

Kindness, and being passionate about a harmless hobby.

Cute boobs (not small or big, but proportionate? IDK I just like the "vibes" of some boobs) and creativity lol
Also important to me: communication skills. I've been working hard on that front and I love me a direct clear woman who knows what she wants and freely communicate it.

As for non physical qualities -- somebody who has grown/continues to mature and become a better person.

To that effect, kindness/goodness. Someone who cares.

For me, it's gotta be musical talent. If someone can sing and/or play an instrument really well, there ya go.

I would also say "if they're funny" but it needs to be a particular sort of "genuinely, earnestly funny" and not the "edgy to get laughs" type. (I tried going to an open mic comedy night a couple years back and every single person who got up cracked jokes about domestic abuse and/or pedophilia and dude wtf.)
