Same, OP. I like the corny, camp humor and movies that didn't take themselves very seriously. I don't dislike Daniel Craig's grittier, more hardcore Bond, though.

I think Craig's performance will she in the same way Moore's has, the fashions certainly will. Both are too much of their time.

They're bad movies. I get the appeal in theory of being camp and not taking yourself seriously but they just are not good movies in my opinion which I am expressing. Just because they had a good idea by trying to lean into the goofy and campy elements doesn't mean they executed it well. Honestly they get way more credit and defense than they even remotely deserve.

You sound kinda mad that other people had the nerve to find enjoyment in movies that you deem to be inferior, and that's pretty hilarious. But that's my opinion which I'm expressing.

Those are the movies that I remember watching with my family (my dad loved 007), so they do have a bit of nostalgia for me, plus Roger Moore was a handsome devil.

But I don't want to rewatch them or anything. The memories are enough. The other Bond movies that came after got increasingly stupid, and I think the last one I watched intentionally was the one with Robert Carlyle as a bad guy, and I ff through everything but his scenes.
