As a former dumbfuck TERF who bought into widespread misinformation and fearmongering (I was never militant or voiced these opinions, but I agreed with them at the time in silence which makes me cringe), thank you for saying all of this. I hope the other assholes in this thread realize they're supporting a group that does not give a single shit about women. Most of the most prominent TERFs are buddying up with virulent misogynists (looking at JKR agreeing with fucking Matt Walsh) and are openly anti-feminist, never mind all the weird Nazi shit they partake in.

These people do not care about women, nor do they care about children. They are using them as a smokescreen to cover up what they actually want: trans and queer people being eliminated altogether. It's disgusting how people buy in to the grift.
