You say /s, but.... it is. Especially for schoolaged children, which is where a LOT of the bans are addressed.

agreed on kid sport unless it affects sports scholarship.

If you want to go there, then trans kids are getting discriminated against for sports scholarships. I guarantee no kid is thinking "Huh, I'll risk getting beat up all the time by bullies in my school and getting killed by transphobes on the scientifically UNPROVEN chance that it will be a tiny bit easier to get a sports scholarship. That seems like a GREAT idea!"
