He does not give me creepy vibes, but that doesn’t mean much. I have been wrong before. I’ve never been one for celebrity worship, but it’s getting to the point where I don’t even want to feel that much affection or admiration for my faves. If there was ever an argument against parasocial relationships, it’s how many celebrities turn out to suck and be creeps. Although everything else about parasocial relationships is an argument against them too.

I’m trying not to be cynical, and I don’t suspect every famous person automatically. The last 10 years have just made things different.

Sorry for making your comment all about me and my views on this thing. I still like Chris Evans, but I’m not going to call your vibes wrong. I’ve seen that way too many times, where people who don’t actually know a celebrity personally do that, and people attacking and even dogpiling anyone who feels off about their favorite celebrity makes me uncomfortable.
