I get what you're saying, but I don't think it's saying anything about your fanfiction quality, about the validity of trans smut, or any of that when someone does only want to read about certain sex acts for the purpose of light entertainment. Yes, it can be frustrating to be passed over by prejudiced readers, and to write something more niche means fewer readers will be interested, it's annoying. But you shouldnt feel your fanfic is lesser because you're writing to a certain niche and I don't think dropping the tags will draw in many new readers who are genuinely there for what you're making. The people who are looking in tags for your trans fic will miss out!
Now, the het comments could be worded better from some anons here. I personally don't think all trans guy/cis guy smut comes across that way, just like how not all slash has omegaverse tropes but you will find that in a lot of slash and it's not everyone's thing. A lot of trans smut fic does play with an exaggerated hetero dynamic and kinks associated with hetero sex. A lot of trans authors use erotica as a way of working out feelings about sexual gender roles, a lot of people don't have any deep reason to be into that stuff, you know how it is, but I think some of what the comments here are getting at is that having totally unexpected sex acts and kinks in fic can be a negative experience as a reader, which I can agree with. Hopefully that makes sense.
