Zenos/Fandaniel from FFXIV. They work well together but Zenos vacillates between apathy and violent dislike of the little pipsqueak, while Fandaniel absolutely just thinks Zenos is pitiful and stupid but worth a moment of amusement or two. Add in that Fandaniel is piloting the insane repugnant violent gay corpse of the man who absolutely adored Zenos, and now you've got something really tasty.
