DA - Yeah, I'm honestly cool with a bit of mild-to-moderate woobiefication of Loki, but the majority of Loki fics (or maybe just the Lokius ones since those were the ones I was browsing) seemed to strip him of almost all his personality. Like, I didn't mind the show leaning into him as someone who was conflicted, messy, and lacking a coherent self-identity. I'm fine with sort of side-stepping the genocidal Avengers!Loki, and sticking with just the self-interested and chaotic Loki. But FFS he's not a precious little lost boy who just needs to be cuddled. He is much thornier and more difficult to deal with than that.
